Terms of service
Last updated 9 September 2026
These terms cover your use of Repost. Using the service means you accept them.
Who you are contracting with
Repost is a product of Blackbridge Solutions LLC. Where these terms say “we” or “Repost”, that is the company you are agreeing with, and the one you would bring a claim against. Reach us at hello@getrepost.app.
The account
You need an account, and you are responsible for what happens under it — keep your password to yourself. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. One person or business per account; you may connect as many social accounts as your plan’s brand limit allows.
Plans and limits
Current plans and prices are on the pricing page. The limits each plan enforces:
| Plan | Brands | Networks | Credits / month | Seats |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pro | 5 | 10 | 200 | 1 |
| Studio | 20 | 10 | 1,000 | 5 |
The trial
- 3 days of Pro, with no card required at any point.
- It starts the moment you sign up. There is nothing to activate.
- When it ends it simply stops. There is no charge and nothing to cancel.
- Nothing is deleted when it lapses.
Credits
Credits pay for the heavy AI writing. Posting, scheduling, branded graphics, rewrites, hook ideas, quality scoring, compliance checks and the Analyzer are unmetered on every plan.
- Your monthly allowance rolls over, up to one month’s worth.
- Credits you buy never expire, and are spent last: this month’s allowance, then rollover, then packs.
- If a generation fails, the credit is returned automatically. You are not charged for an error.
- Credits have no cash value and are not refundable for money.
Payment and cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, monthly or yearly as chosen.
- Cancel any time from Settings › Billing. You keep the paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Cancelling deletes nothing. Brands beyond your new limit stay in your account.
- Prices can change. Any change is announced before it affects a renewal.
Your content is yours
You own everything you write, upload and publish through Repost. You give Repost permission to store and process it only so far as running the service requires — writing variants, rendering graphics, scheduling and publishing to the accounts you connect. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
You are responsible for what you publish: that you have the rights to it, and that it complies with the rules of each network you post to.
What you may not do
- Publish content that is unlawful, or that you do not have the rights to.
- Use Repost to send spam, or to run accounts you are not authorised to run.
- Resell or repackage Repost’s AI output as a competing generation service.
- Attempt to break, overload or work around the credit metering.
Publishing depends on other companies
Repost publishes automatically to X, LinkedIn, Bluesky and Discord. Every other network is written, formatted and queued for you to post yourself. Automatic publishing relies on those companies’ APIs: if one changes its rules, revokes access or goes down, posts may be delayed or fail. Repost will tell you when that happens, but cannot be responsible for another company’s platform.
AI output
Repost drafts text with AI. Drafts can be wrong, generic or unsuitable — that is why nothing publishes without your approval. Review what you schedule. The compliance check is a helper, not legal or financial advice, and it does not make you compliant with anything.
Availability, and ending the agreement
Repost is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service. You can stop using it and delete your account at any time. Repost may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Repost is not liable for lost profits, lost audience, or indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
These terms can change; the date at the top moves when they do, and material changes are announced by email. Questions: hello@getrepost.app.
