Do I need a card to start?
No card at signup, ever. Every new account gets 3 days of Pro and 40 credits the moment it is created. If you do nothing the trial simply ends — no charge, nothing to cancel, and everything you wrote stays in your account.
What happens to my work if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your brands, posts and history stay exactly where they are and stay readable — you can still open them and export them. Publishing and the AI stop until you subscribe again, and start the moment you do.
Do credits expire?
Your monthly allowance rolls over up to one month's worth. Credits you buy never expire, and they are spent last — this month's allowance first, then rollover, then anything you paid for.
What if a generation fails?
The credit is refunded automatically, every time. You never pay for an error.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Billing. It takes one click and nothing is deleted.
